Customer survey

Customer surveys are very valuable for your business because customer data helps you understand them better. This template helps you to build a customer survey and design it according to your needs. You can create column types such as Text, Long Text, Single Select, etc. and use them to define fields in the web form. With SeaTable, you can easily create a web form and learn more about your customers.

The highlights of this template are:

  • The columns "In which industry do you work?" and "What's your occupation?" contain the SIC and SOC 2-digit codes that provide information on the industry and occupation according to official guidelines
  • A web form is already integrated ready-to-use in this template. Condition fields are also defined in the web form, for example: Only if you give "No" to the question "Would you recommend us?", the following question "Why wouldn't you recommend us?" is displayed.
