Data analysis

The data you store in SeaTable is as varied as the tasks you perform with SeaTable. SeaTable gives you all the tools you need for easy reporting and more extensive analysis. With the other view modules, you can choose to display your data in a calendar, on a map, or in any other way you choose. SeaTable gives you the best possible visualization for any application.

Filter, grouping, sorting

With filters, grouping and sorting, you can quickly get your data into the form you need for your application. The combination of these simple analysis tools, which you find centrally in the table view, makes even large data sets manageable.

You can save different views to access them later or to simplify communication with your team members. As a project manager, for example, you want to see at a glance the short-term tasks of your team. Simply create a corresponding view. Whenever you need the list, you can call it up with just one click.

Statistics

For more extensive data analysis, SeaTable offers the statistics function. It visualizes your data in graphs and reveals its secrets with pivot tables. As with the views, you can save your statistical analyses and access them at any time in the future.

View modules

If your projects have less to do with numbers and statistics, the view modules offer alternative ways of presenting your data.

Use the calendar and timeline view to keep track of appointments and deadlines and organize projects successfully. The gallery view allows you to manage images quickly and easily in your Base. Map View lets you view addresses and location data on a map to identify geographic patterns.

Further view modules such as a Kanban view or a display for processes will be added in the coming months.
