Customer Success Manager*

Many of our corporate customers have specific challenges. So it's high time you showed them how they can leverage the potential in their companies and optimize their processes with SeaTable.

That's how you make us and our customers successful:

  • As a Customer Success Manager, you will become an expert for SeaTable and help our corporate customers to get the most out of our software.
  • You design individual use cases and explain in video meetings how our customers can best map their processes and workflows in SeaTable.
  • Together with the marketing team, you create helpful resources such as tutorials, templates, texts and training units that really help our users.
  • Whether on the phone, by e-mail or in our forum - you are there to help and advise our users and have the right answer to every question.
  • Thanks to your empathetic nature, you build strong customer relationships, respond to users' needs and identify upselling opportunities for our sales team.

That's what makes you successful:

  • Confident appearance, strong presentation and communication skills and enthusiasm in dealing with customers
  • Technical affinity and analytical thinking to structure and optimize complex processes with our software
  • Excellent German and good written and spoken English
  • Empathic, motivated and solution-oriented personality who can empathize with the needs of customers and explain difficult issues simply
