Know what is important: Identify your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks. Use template Preview

The SWOT analysis (acronym for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) is a useful method for understanding the current positioning and strategy of your company. Each business-relevant factor is evaluated according to its origin (internal or external) and its impact on the company (positive or negative) and can then be categorized as a strength (internal + positive), weakness (internal + negative), opportunity (external + positive) or risk (external + negative).

Thanks to its flexible table structure, SeaTable provides an excellent basis for your SWOT analysis. Strengths and weaknesses of your company become visible at a glance. You can significantly reduce risks by compensating for weaknesses and transform them into opportunities. The SWOT analysis creates great potential for deriving recommendations for action and improved competitiveness.

In our blog post, we explain exactly what is important in a SWOT analysis and how our template can help you.
