Teams with a Plus or Enterprise subscription have the option to open a ticket with SeaTable Support. In the team management you can create new tickets as well as view the status of your tickets.
To open a support ticket
- Switch to the team administration.
- Select the Help & Support menu item in the navigation.
- Copy the password or put it on the clipboard.
- Open the ticket system.
- A new window will open. Enter your user name and password here.
- In the ticket system, you can create a new ticket using the green plus symbol at the bottom left.
- Please be as precise as possible when choosing the title and description. You can attach files such as screenshots to make your request more specific.
- Finally, click Create to send the ticket.
