We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is eager to make customers successful with SeaTable. Because SeaTable is a product that needs explanation, which is why we want to take our customers by the hand. Become a leading expert on our product and provide a face to our customers when they sign up. Every customer has individual needs and you will act as a trusted advisor to help them use our product effectively to achieve maximum impact for their business.
What you should bring with you as a Customer Success Manager:
- High motivation and ability to work in a team
- Excellent knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Good presentation and training skills
- Technical affinity
- Enthusiasm for process optimisation and good solutions
- Residence near Mainz
What will you do?
- First contact for new customers
- Contacting new corporate clients
- Individual 1:1 onboarding sessions
- Support in the design of individual customer processes and customer workflows
- Intensive cooperation with the rest of the marketing team
