We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is eager to make customers successful with SeaTable. Because SeaTable is a product that requires explanation, we want to take our customers by the hand. Become a leading expert on our product offer our customers a face when they sign up. Every customer has unique needs and you need to act as a trusted advisor to help them use our product effectively to achieve maximum impact for their business.
What you should bring to the table as a Customer Success Manager:
- High motivation and team spirit
- Excellent written and spoken German language skills
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Good presentation and training skills
- Technical affinity
- Enthusiasm for process optimization and good solutions
- Place of residence near Mainz
What will you do?
- First contact for new customers
- Contacting new corporate customers
- Individual 1:1 onboarding sessions
- Support in the design of individual customer processes and customer workflows
- Intensive cooperation with the rest of the marketing team
