This template was developed for a fictitious communications department of a large company. In this department, all marketing and communication activities have to be planned very early on, often a year in advance.

In order to keep track of all planned actions to achieve the marketing/communication goals, there is a table in this template with a complete calendar for the year 2022. Each day is listed here to create a plan for the whole year. The second table contains all the strategic goals that need to be achieved. It is linked to the annual plan.
