Absolute control with your own SeaTable server
Purchase a licence and operate your own SeaTable Enterprise Server. You determine the infrastructure, under which URL the server is accessible and which form of authentication you want to use.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use SeaTable Cloud free of charge?
Of course, SeaTable Cloud can be used free of charge with our free subscription. Click here to register. If the limits or functions of the free subscription are no longer sufficient for you, you can upgrade to one of our paid subscriptions with higher limits and extended functions at any time.
Can I test the Enterprise functions?
We can upgrade your Free or Plus subscription to an Enterprise subscription free of charge for a limited time. Please send us a request via the team administration.
Can I change the number of users in my team?
Yes, you can customize the users in your team at any time. With SeaTable Cloud Free, Plus and Enterprise, you can do this yourself via the team administration. For SeaTable Dedicated, please get in touch with your personal contact.
The Free subscription has a user limit of 25, while the other SeaTable Cloud subscriptions and SeaTable Dedicated have an unlimited number of users.
Can I combine different subscriptions?
This is not possible. A SeaTable subscription is always valid for an entire team, i.e. for all members. If you want to use the additional functions or the higher limits of the Plus or Enterprise subscription, you must purchase a corresponding license for all active team members.
Are there monthly or annual billing options?
Yes! You can pay for your Plus and Enterprise subscription either monthly or annually. If you pay annually, you pay about 20% less than if you pay monthly. Billing is always for all team members.
Are there any discounts for non-profit organizations?
We are happy to support your charitable work. SeaTable grants public institutions a 25% discount, charitable non-profit organizations and educational institutions receive a standard 50% discount and local associations in exceptional cases even up to 75% discount on their SeaTable Plus or SeaTable Enterprise subscription. Send us a corresponding request via the team administration.
Can I cancel a Plus and Enterprise subscription at any time?
Yes, definitely. You can cancel your Plus and Enterprise subscription at any time. You can continue to use all the functions and limits of the canceled subscription until the end of the billing period. A canceled paid subscription is then automatically converted into a free subscription. You can therefore continue to access your data even after the end of the paid subscription. However, due to the lower limits in the free subscription, you may then only have read-only access to your bases.
What happens when I reach my limits?
If you reach your rows- or memory limit, then we inform you about it. You can still access your bases and tables; however, you will not be able to create more rows or upload files.
What payment methods does SeaTable offer?
You can pay with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card. Enterprise subscribers can also pay by bank transfer. Requirements for payment by wire transfer are annual payment and at least 10 users.
What about data protection and security?
Data protection and security are our top priority. The SeaTable servers we use are located in German data centres and are regularly secured and permanently monitored. You can find more details on the data protection and security pages.
Can I delete my account at any time?
Yes, you can. The team administrator can delete individual users and also the entire team via the team administration.
